A) Renting is the smarter choice. You can rent a designer look for the fraction of the price. You get the same compliments and create same memories. If you want to own it you can buy it but if you want to experience luxury you should definitely RENT it.

A) You will get all types of outfits at our store for both men and women. From luxury designer wear to pocket friendly outfits on rent. You name it and we have it.

A) Absolutely! We have a huge range of jewelry, rent starting from Rs 500 only. We have bridal ornaments, siders necklaces, bangles, bracelet, Matha Patti. We also have men’s mala, Safa dupatta on rental basis. You wear it flaunt it and return it.

A) Both the options are available you can also book online via our website and also visit the store. Although we suggest you visit the store, as the 100% collection is available exclusively for store visits only and only 40% on website.

A) We will recommend you book your outfits 3-5 months well in advance for you to get the best choice. The later you visit the less options you get as bookings start well in advance. But we assure you will get outfits end moment as well. Jain collection will be the cure for your fashion emergency.

A) You can have both options as our Rentals and our sale section are different. We have a huge collection on rent as well as sale. You can ask our team at the store and they will guide you.

A) Hygiene is mandatory when it comes to Rentals. Jain Collections make sure that we maintain the quality of the outfit as well. We dry clean and sanitize each and every outfit before the delivery and also after the return of the outfit.

A) You have to pay a security deposit equivalent to the total rental bill amount. The deposit is accepted only in cash at the day of pickup. When you return the outfit, the deposit will be refunded on the spot in cash against the bill. For details, please read our terms and conditions.

A) We can understand the hectic schedule during weddings and so we have a 4 days package and also have the option to extend the package with additional charges. Even after that if the return is delayed, we charge you Rs 400 per outfit per day. This is because all our outfits are pre booked and reserved for other clients. Please inform out team in advance if any situation as such comes up, so that the following client's function can go as smooth as yours.

A) Little wear and tear are ok as it is a rental outfit. Heavy damages like - item missing, Haldi, flower or Kumkum stains and torn outfits will be charged depending on the damages.

A) Normally we recommend the customers to visit the store on the day of pickup for the mandatory trial. Incase it's is impossible for the customers to visit at the dedicated day, they themselves can book online service platforms such as WeFast, Uber parcel, Borzo, porter, Swiggy parcel, Rapido and such. The customer needs to inform us prior if they opt for such service as the deposit will have to be cleared before the dispatch.
